In the Netherlands
All orders are shipped with PostNL. If you order within the Netherlands before 14:00, your order will be delivered the next day (if there are no problems). The package will be delivered within PostNL working hours. You can always look at the track and trace number, or call your local post office.
If you order within Europe, your order will be delivered between 5 and 7 working days (if there are no problems). Delivery times are unknown to us and vary by country (where you live). You can always look at the track and trace number, or call your local post office.
If you want to return / exchange an item, you have 14 days to change your mind after receipt. If you have other problems, please contact email@example.com. We will contact you as soon as possible. We do not return items on sale or damaged items by yourself. To send the returned items back to you, the shipping costs are again for you.
Damaged item (due to shipping)
If one of your items is damaged during shipment, please contact Post NL (within the Netherlands) or otherwise with your local post office (within Europe). If you have done this, please contact our customer service.
Damaged item (by yourself)
You are solely liable for loss of value of the product(s) as a result of using them or of parts beyond what is required to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Some products (for example vaporizers, CBD oil and similar items) are excluded from the right of withdrawal as soon as the seal is broken after receipt (boxes or bottles). If the seal is broken, the said articles are no longer suitable for return, due to health protection and hygiene. Please contact our customer service if you are dissatisfied with a product. We are always ready to find a solution.
PLEASE NOTE: For CBD it is not possible to exchange retour or get money back (due to food supplement).
For all other products: Once we have shipped the product, it is not always possible to get a refund. please contact our customer service and we will work this out together. In extreme cases you will receive a voucher.
The legal warranty period applies to most items that you buy on the Tony Balboa webshop. Our products are covered by a Legal Warranty which means that the item does what a customer can reasonably expect. Many other products also have a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.
