Web Store Software
The tonybalboa.nl webshop has been developed with software from WordPress and Woocommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with these parties.
Woocommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Woocommerce is based on the agreement that we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Woocommerce is a certified credit card data processor. Woocommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Woocommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve the service. Woocommerce takes into account the legal retention periods for (personal) data. The EU/US Privacy Shield applies, your data may be processed in the United States.
Email and mailing list
Our website uses Mailchimp, a third party that handles the sending of future newsletters and discount promotions of offers. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through Woocommerce’s servers.
Mailchimp and Woocommerce will never use your name and e-mail address for their own use. At the bottom of every e-mail that is sent via our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click on this you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. This can significantly reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is registered by Woocommerce and Mailchimp. They use and other internet technologies of cookies that create or e-mails are opened and read. Woocommerce and Mailchimp reserve the right to use your further data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context.
We use the services of TransIP for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate and future measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of you and ours as much as possible. TransIP does not have access to our mailbox and we discuss all our mail traffic.
Payment Processors
We use the payment service provider Pay.nl to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Pay.nl processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and previous measures to protect your personal data. To further improve the service and in this context to share (anonymous) data with third parties. In the event of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Pay.nl shares personal data and order data with post-payment service providers. Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement.
